Supply of Liquor to Minors
It is illegal for us to sell wine to you if you are under the age of 18. It is illegal for you to buy wine from us if you are under the age of 18. It is illegal to falsify your details in order to buy wine if you are under the age of 18.
Product Delivery
Deliveries in New Zealand are by courier and direct to your door. You may wish to leave delivery instructions for the courier to leave the wine at your premises (e.g at the back door)
· Please note that a signature is not required if you do this.
· Freight is $6.00 per case, or part case, outer Auckland.
· Freight is $11.00 per case, or part case, North Island.
· Freight is
$16.00 per case, or part case, South Island.
Please note that if you have a rural delivery address there is an extra charge of $10.00 per case. Freight is
FREE in the Auckland urban area for orders of 12 or more bottles (Outer Auckland $6.00).
Product Guarantees
If your delivery has been damaged in transit we will replace it for you. (Please Note: damaged goods must be reported within 48 hours of delivery). If you are also expecting an order and it does not arrive, let us know as we have a limited time to claim against the courier company and we can only do that if we know the order has not arrived!
· Artisan is not responsible for any damages after the wine has been delivered.
· If you receive a corked or faulty wine we will replace it for you or credit your account.
